Hi Max,

I was a Windows user when I was using No Cost, but now have obviously switched 
to Mac. There is one more service, let me record some test files and I will get 
back to you in half an hour or so. I apologize for all the trouble you are 
having. You are very smart, maybe my instructions are messed up, smile!
