Hi, Well, it seems to be automatically done for me at this point. Every time I connect the machine but not the device, it tells me it couldn't be connected because it isn't plugged in. I believe it recognizes it automatically after connecting it once and telling VMWare FUsion to pass on the connection to the virtual machine. At least, that's what happens here.
I've been looking for a way to manually configure this, but I don't see one.
