Hi all,

There is actually a way to do this here in the U.S.  You can purchase a program 
called PDANet, which will allow you to tetherh your phone.  However, the one 
major caveat is that for it to work, you will have to jailbreak your iphone.  I 
don't have the URL, but if you google PDAnet, you can find there site, at which 
you will find instructions for jailbreaking the phone.
