If you are using safari 5, and you use youtube, then you'll want to check out this extension. http://www.verticalforest.com/2010/06/09/youtube5-html5-converter-for-youtube-videos/ This video gives you the html5 version of youtube videos instead of the flash version. But the best part for VO users is that all the player controls are labelled. While playing a video, you'll find a player toolbar on the page. Interacting with that will show you all the controls. You can even interact with the timeline and move forward or back through the video.
