Good morning Donna, I too have had a similar issue. My wife scratched the sticker off of an iTunes gift card and we were unable to read the numbers, which was really disappointing as this was a card for $25. We also tried typing in the serial number, which was not recognized. If anyone has thoughts on how to go about resolving this problem, I'd really appreciate ideas. tia Hai
