Hi Andy

I completely understand where you're coming from. A lot of my
crankiness over these bugs is, at least in part, because I'm
disappointed, and a little worried that accessibility is taking a bit
of a knock, because there was the iTunes thing, and then Safari, and
now the mail issue (even if that's very small in comparison to the
other bugs). It does seem, on the surface, like kind of a pattern
developing. But honestly, I think that's just my irrational side
talking. The iTunes bugs were fixed pretty quickly in an update that
was released almost entirely for us, I think, and this update referred
to specific testing with voiceover. It's possible they need a better
testing system in place, but I don't think that necessarily means that
they're not interested in making things work for us. I haven't exactly
given up worrying about it, but I do think they've earned the benefit
of the doubt.

Anyway, thank you for testing the iTunes update. I was very wary of
downloading it this time. :)

Cheers,

Laura
