My Voiceover also crash more often since I've upgraded to 10.6.4. Yesterday, VO crashed in Adium, where I was typing a longer message to a friend of mine. I typed the rest of the message, sended it, wrote to him that I lost my speech and needed to restart my computer. The most annoying thing is that we can't start VO again when it crash in that way.
