If you're concerned with getting into the window itself, you can interact with the tool bar, use the VOKey RightArrow and move to the full screen button and hit VOKey SpaceBar and you'll have the full screen in Fusion. If you want to put back into the standard window, use the command, control, return keys. You can always put it into full screen from the view menu on the tool bar.
The insert key is a mystery and we'll have to work on getting that working for us. I've tried and still have some issues with that.
