To go to the spotlight search you have to press, control+option+m+m +m. This means that you have to hold down the control+option key, and press the m key 3 times, on the last pres, release the control and option key. When using spotlight, just start typing what you are looking for, and press the down arrow key, when you hear a sound, which indicates, that it has finished searching. To remove items from the down, you have to bring up the short cut menu for th eicon in the dock, iwth, control+option+shift+m. Then go to options submen, then press the spacebar on the "remove from dock" option. This should remove from the dock. Alfredo
