Hi, I ordered Iwork from Amazon, but when I installed it with the DVD, it's asking for a serial number. The person who was helping me saw a number on the box and a number on the DVD. Which one should I use? I tried to register it with Apple thinking that might be the problem, but I didn't get an Email. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Courtney
