Just go to your local sports wear retailer and ask for Nike+ ready sneakers. A
whole range support Nike+ such as Nike Air Max etc. They also might stock the
sensor there too, Nike+ sneakers come in a full range of sizes. You can also
buy the Nike+ sensor from Apple either from their online store or in their
retail stores. If you have an iPhone then you only need to purchase the
sensor, if you intend to use the Nike+ system with the iPod Nano instead then
you will need the Nike+ Sports Kit which includes the add on which connects to
the bottom of the iPod nano (iPhone already has this built in).

The only thing you need to set on your treadmill is the speed and incline you
feel comfortable with.
