Hi, You don't understand me, I think. The issue is that you cannot enable forwarding unless you enter a number, and thus it will bypass voicemail as voicemail is routed to if no forwarding is enabled. This means that the box should count for forwarding, not voicemail, as it obviously becomes dimmed after unchecking forwarding even though it seems to matter at the moment. That's where the logic ends, as they are two separate features and two different Skype services.
