If you are talking about email's
When you are in the message table where it tells you who the message is from and subject, you can use command+j to jump into the message area and when you have red it use command+j again to take you back to the headers, and then you can scroll up or down to the next message! If you are not on about emails I do not know if this works for what you are trying to do!
