HI!

turning bluetooth off disconnects it, so that's fine. The only reason your Mac 
shouldn't see it is if it is not in discovery mode. This mode only turns off 
when another device connects from it, and the only way to turn it back on is by 
turning off the keyboard then back on again. Make sure nothing connects to it 
automatically, though, so just turn off bluetooth on the Touch.
