I think I have made a bad request for a screenprotector for the iphone4.
at the last screen , I saw that I had bought a screenrprotector with a 
braillekeyboard for the ipad.
That costs much more.

But, I haven't had a confirmation by mail so, is my request valid?

I haven't seen also a overview of my request before paying, is this normal?

I found the address: [email protected] and I have explained my problem in this 
mail.

some questions:
Can I verify my real request?
 Can I contact more fast the company: there was a Skype address but it seems 
not valid anymore.
or, other hints are welcome.
