Jeffrey,

Thanks for the direction. However, there does not appear to be an option to
discontinue my Kerberos authentication password request by checking/unchecking
an option to do so. This may be a safeguard I will simply have to come to
appreciate/tolerate.

Thanks!

  Hi,
Just check the box for Mail to remember your password and it won't ask for
user ID/Password anymore.

Each time I connect to Apple Mail I am prompted to enter the password
associated with my imap account/user ID. Normal computing behavior, right?
However, if I wish to enter Apple Mail without having to always enter this
information, is there a way to do so?

Additionally, while on the topic of Apple Mail, is there a way to identify
the sender of a message when reviewing messages in thread mode with headers
turned off?

    Thanks!
