Hmm, once interacting with the second table in that document, I can move up and 
down within a given column using control option up and control option down. 
(I'm using Snow Leopard and Safari 5.0.2)

Note that in this case, the table actually falls into two row groups. The first 
row group has two columns - one indicating the thread is a sticky announcement, 
the other indicating the announcement title. The second row group consists of 
normal threads, with the thread title in the third column. If you navigate 
straight down from the "Topic" column header, you end up in the sticky 
announcement column before eventually hitting the "read" indicator in the 
second row group.
