I was able to get through the install without sighted assistance. I don't remember exactly how I did it. However, I know that in order to click some of the buttons, I had to hit control+vo+f5 to put the mouse cursor to the VoiceOver cursor. Then I had to hit control+vo+space to click the buttons instead of just vo+space. I think I had to interact with either a scroll area or an "unknown" to find some of the buttons.
