I installed Skype, and when I logged in for the first time, I got an image which VO could not read. When I uninstalled the latest version, and install an earlier one, I was able to sign in with no difficulty. I then updated the application from within Skype, and I have had no problems. It appears to have to do with logging in to Skype for the first time, or at least it did for me.
