I installed Skype, and when I logged in for the first time, I got an image 
which VO could not read. When I uninstalled the latest version, and install an 
earlier one, I was able to sign in with no difficulty. I then updated the 
application from within Skype, and I have had no problems. It appears to have 
to do with logging in to Skype for the first time, or at least it did for me.
