Hi John and Joshua and others!
Part of this was my fault for not giving a better description!
I wrongly presumed that people had already opened the skype image that Joshua 
mentioned, so if any one else comes across this skype image on there first 
time, please interact with the image vo+shift+down arrow then like I mentioned 
before you get to the different fields with the tab key!
This caught me out as well and someone on the list put this straight but I 
can't be sure!
So you can get skype running from that Image!
