Hello list. I want to be able to convert text files to audio to take with me on my Ipod. I downloaded a trial of Ghost reader and for the most part I am impressed with it. It converts the text to an Itunes track fine. However, I want to be able to change the default bit rate for the AAC or the MP3 file produced. I can't find an option to change that. The 128 bit rate is I think, too high. 96 or even 64 will be ok for speech. Any help? Is there any alternative software to consider?
