Yes, it is far more accessible than 2.8 or whatever. When you hear Skype ringing, alt tab into the Skype window and, with your tab key, tab once to the "accept," button and hit space bar. That's the quickest way of answering I've found yet. Into the window, one tab, space bar. While Command Shift H hangs up a call, I have not yet found a "answer call," keyboard shortcut. But it's VERY MUCH DEFINITELY worth the upgrade.
