One idea if it is recipes that you are usually interested in
selecting, there are a few recipe keeper programs out there that can
grab a recipe from a web site and put it into their database.  I have
not personally used any of these, but my wife (who is fully sighted)
loves "Yummy Soup".  tidbits.com did a review of recipe programs about
a year ago, though of course they wer not analyzing them for
accessability.
