Hi Erick: I didn't realize there were some with SD card elsewhere. She can put those stats into a search on one of those Apple Referb websites to get it's worth. She might also consider simply taking it to an Apple store and discussing upgrade with one of the reps there. These people are incredibly gracious and helpful. (As I write, I'm glad I left my credit card at home. Because right across from me is a beautiful new iPad calling my name.:)
