I am hitting command 2 to toggle on and off the dial pad; I use the numbers on the number row of my keyboard to make the tones; I don't need to click every button in the boxes set up on the screen; that's a visual aid and, unless it makes different noises than when pressing the numbers, the number row is quickest. I hear the tones, just like I do on my cell, but the computer on the other end doesn't recognize them; what's odd about this is, when it says "Press one for English," and I press 1, it works. It's only when putting in a nine-digit account number that Skype has problems; I'm wondering if it's a slow transmission problem, and that I have to wait a second or so after pressing in each number...
