Hi Teresa, I have the Braillino from Handytech and don't know if I can help. But after having trouble hooking up the BrailleNote, I thought I'd offer my advice for what it's worth :). Have you tried to add the play via USB? Also I wonder if when the display is connected via USB if you would be able to see on the desktop. I'm not sure if this is of any help, but I try.
