Ok, I've just partially resolved one problem. The hardware is fine, according
to Windows and JAWS. Now it remains to be seen whether it's a problem with my
computer in particular, or the USB drivers not being installed for OS X. They
could either be corrupted in my case, or broken in this version of VO.

Where do I go from here? I'm not sure whether to contact someone at Apple or
not. I'm going to follow up with this reasonable contact at FS and see if he
knows from Macs, then go from there.

Any ideas?

TIA,
Teresa
