Umm, err, wow, this is advertisement in its best form. Might I respectfully suggest that if you want me to buy something, you send me a private note and tell me more about why I'd want to buy this book, your credentials as authors, etc.? I am not flaming here, I just get frustrated seeing ads on a list like this. List moderators, if I am out of line, tell me to just be quiet, :)
