In your keyboard preference make sure that you check the FM key (if you have a Macbook Pro) so that if you press FM 12 then your volume goes up or FM 11 the volume goes down so that when you are in Fusion, in your windows session, your function keys work like they do in windows. Check the box in keyboard preferences when in your mac where it says use standard function keys as window function keys, When this is selected in the next tab it will say use the FM key as special printed keys as selected I hope this makes sense.
