Group mode is another way to browse web pages. Basically, voiceover groups 
items, such as a list together, if you want to read the items in a group, you 
interact with the group. I generally don't use group mode because there's too 
much interacting involved, but some people find it useful. You can change the 
mode in the voiceover utility, and can also define a hot key for switching 
between group and dom mode.
