Hello Mike, To have VO announce text attributes as you read, either change this in the Verbosity category of VoiceOver Utility, or press VO-V and use the left or right arrow key to find Text Attributes and change the setting there.
All the shortcuts can be found attached to the relevant menu items as always. If a shortcut you want doesn't exist but the menu item does, just add your own in the Keyboard pane of System Preferences. Remember to make sure that the name of the menu item is spelt and capitalised correctly. The best way to ensure that a menu item is spelt correctly is to make VO speak it, then press VO-Shift-C to copy the last spoken phrase to the clipboard.
