Had a conversation with the great folks at agile web solutions and asked them if they could get me the code snippet to get the lists accessible. They have been kind enough to send the request to the developer who took care of accessibility on 1password and will try to get back to me. I was thinking of pasting this code, or the how-to to other devleopers who's application currently doesn't have this item visible. They are amazing.
