Hi,  That stupid thing.  I used it for a year and a half or so, and it went 
steadily down hill from passable to bad to worse to complete garbo.

I complained several times.  My complaints fell on deaf ears.  I threatened to 
cancel if they didn't come through with at least a plan for accessibility.  No 
joy, so I cancelled.  Then my other favourite mp3 service went bust and now I 
have no very good way to download audiobooks.  Forget audible.  I don't do DRM 
of any stripe.

So, it looks like I might be going back even though it's a pain in the ass.  
You can still download albums and books, it's just that you can't check to make 
sure everything downloaded properly, and you can't use any of the features such 
as library integration.  Plus it just looks bad and annoys me every time I see 
that ugly useless interface.
