Hello. Make sure the view is set to text list view in iTunes. It's a radio button you'll find when you use control-option-left or right-arrow to move around the screen. Just check it with control-space.
Interact with the podcast table using control-option-shift-down-arrow. Arrow down to the podcast you want to downnload. When you find it, do control-option-shift-m and use your arrow keys till you hear "download all podcast episodes." Hit the return key. The episodes will start downloading. If you only want to download certain episodes, just arrow to the episodes you want to download and hit control-option-shift-m on each one individually; you'll then hear "download podcast episode." You then hit return and the episodes will download.
