Brandon,

I think the issue is that we aren't seeing the status of the contact, not that 
we aren't seeing the list.  Also, I find if I navigate to the contact and press 
enter, the call is initiated.  I do not have to do vo shift m.

I wouldn't agree there isn't much documentation. I think that the getting 
started guide is very comprehensive, and anything else is usually fairly simple 
to figure out from a bit of exploration.
