That would only be constructive to those who can't see. And it would only be useful on an iPhone since the other devices don't vibrate. :). I've heard others mention this, and I just don't think its a big deal. Voiceover talks as soon as the IOS loads up anyway. And if you own an iPhone, and voiceover doesn't speak and your in doubt if the phone is on, just toggle the silent switch. This vibrates when turned on. JMO.
