Scott, Not sure why the menus are not showing up for you in ICal, but if you start ICal and it says ICal has no Windows, press command-0 and you should hear "ICal, checked." You cannot reinstall the application as it's built-in to Mac OS X. HTH Let me know if it does. Jes
