hmm, I like the fact that we all want accessible apps, and most vendors are 
great, there are a few that aren't from our point of view, although they offer 
products we would otherwise like. 
I think you're right, and talking to a non-responsive vendor at this point 
won't work. Their responce is minimally polite and nothing more. So, your 
suggestion is a good one. I don't immagine it would be terribly difficult to 
make a drop box accessible, but politically they've decided to dig in. Is there 
an alternative service we might gravitate to that would provide similar 
functionality?
