Hello Matthew, You seem to have the Mac firewall activated. If this isn't what you want, you can turn it off in System Preferences, Security, Firewall tab.
If you want the firewall on, check the "allow signed software to received incoming traffic" option, in the Advanced configuration in the same Firewall tab.
