Dear Esther, You are right, and you are mostly right on most occasions. That was the missing factor. Having read your response, I selected your message in Mail and then checked in the services menu and indeed it did appear. I thought the item in question would always be there - never imagined it would only appear if one had actually selected a piece of text. So yes, it works perfectly well. I hope you are not going to waste your valuable time checking on it now. That is the missing piece of information in the otherwise perfect ste-by-step description of what needs to be done. So - as I know you do - you could add this to the description and save it - as I know you do because you are much more sensible than I am - until some other new-be like myself comes along and wants the same thing. <smile>
