He is not able to hear the tones, but aside from this it seems he may have an 
older model or at least the steps I recall using on the Brailliant I have at 
the office are not working for him. I was trying to remember the steps since 
the Brailliant is at the office and I use a Refreshabraille at home.
If I recall, you use the first key in the vertical row on the right side, which 
is key 4 to move down through the options, is that not correct?
Just want to be sure I provided the proper keys for navigating through the menu 
options.
