Sean, Try one of these:
1. In Pages, open the document. Press Command-P to bring up the print dialog box. Navigate to the PDF menu and choose save as PDF…. Type a filename and choose a location. Switch to the Finder and open the document in Preview and press VO-A to read the entire document without interruption. 2. If it is a DOC file, open it in TextEdit and read it that way. As far as I know, the Say All command does work in textEdit, so long as you do it as soon as you open the document. This has been my experience, anyway.
