Ok, i've got two mailing lists with a lot of traffic that right now make my 
main mailbox cluttered. I know that in outlook for windows you can say, create 
a rule that says when you get an email from a certain email address, put the 
email in the custom made folder and there ya go.
Not sure if this is possible in mail.
