The only one I know of at this time is Eye-Pal. YYou purchase the Windows
version from www.abisee.com for $1,250, and you then can download the Mac
version and install it on your Mac from the Abisee website. The same camera
hardware is used both for Windows and Mac. It works fairly well, but it
does not work like what one might expect for the typical Mac interface.
They basicly ported the Windows version over to a Unix shell that they use
on the Mac.
That said, it does do a nice job.

Subject: OCR Programs Free Preferably
Hi,
I got rid of my PC and switched completely to mac but on my PC I ran a
program call Kurtzweil 3000 and there is a mac version but I can't affod it.
Is there any other OCR programs that will work with the mac that do fairly
decent at scanning in and accurately speaking the text?
