Shaun,, In voiceover utility under verbosity, you can adjust general verbosity. If you vo+right arrow further in the "general" tab verbosity dialogue having chosen the level of verbosity first, you encounter "detail" element which may be collapsed. Vo+space on it to expand it. Vo+right further to see the table of the elements you wish to adjust verbosity for. The last element in the table is window. It is set to default, You can activate the menu button which says ""default" with vo+space. You have choices there in the menu. The "custom" menu choice may be of interest to you as you can adjust various ways voiceover says or describes the item "window". Have a play with it to see wehther it is going to give you what you need.
