Hi Simon and all. I did what you said to do, open the VO Utilities, went under 
verbosity and under general, went to the details disclosure triangle and 
expanded it, went to the window option, hit the button that says default and 
switched it to custom, then made the changes I wanted to make and hit ok only 
for my changes to not take effect. This has been a problem since 10.6.5 for me, 
and I was hoping that it would be fixed in 10.6.7. I guess that option is still 
broken. Should I set the verbosity to low if custom won't work? I think I may 
email Apple Accessibility about this too.
