Ricardo,

If you stop and think about it the reality is you are being tracked in some 
fashion. COnsider when you use a debit/credit card, GPS device, electronic pass 
for rail or bus systems (that use such), and what about electronic toll devices 
and the like. The greater concern is how the data is used. There is a positive 
side to this of course as well. You might really want to know how to get a 
product locally and maybe you could through an ad etc. without doing a lot of 
research. Of course you might want to be alerted to a special deal on that 
really tasty beer. I'm more concerned about someone or company accessing my 
personal or financial data more so than knowing where I am.
I'm just amazed at the reactions of people when this really is nothing new, but 
hey this is the price of being connected. :)
