Sadly, I haven't had to work with those a lot, and I've barely begun to make 
friends with Pages.  However, there are some tutorials, including Ricardo's 
"Apple to the core," series which I believe may address this.  If you search 
Macvisionaries archives, I'm almost certain there have been discussions about 
it.  Sorry I can't be more helpful.
