Hi Ezzy:
If you're using a macbook pro, and have your FN key set to perform hardware 
functions, you would employ the FN-key with the arrows, with FN-left arrow for 
home, FN-right arrow for end, FN-up and FN-down arrows respectively for pageup 
and page down.
