Hi all, I have gone into universal preferances and ticked the box which gives quick access to the unversal preferances in the toolbar; all I need to do is press VO + MM. Now this does take me to the universal preferances quick drop down menu, but for some reason VO announces "Dimmed" when reading the option and therefore I'm not able to quickly select one of the options. I have tried for a while now to correct this, but with no success. I'm a new Mac user so I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance on this issue.
